Fall Commencement Celebration for 2020 and 2021 Graduates
All 2020 and 2021 graduates, along with their friends and family, are invited back to campus for an in-person commencement celebration on Saturday, October 16 at 10 a.m. This celebration event will provide the opportunity for each graduate to be individually recognized by having their name called as they walk across the stage.
The event will include a brief program and the reading of graduates' names as they walk across the stage. For PhD recipients, each graduate who attends will be hooded during this ceremony.
This celebration will occur on the same weekend as the Caltech Alumni Association's Reunion Weekend, which provides numerous opportunities for the Institute's most recent graduates to celebrate their achievements together and to connect with their predecessors during this campus gathering. Participants are encouraged to explore the Alumni Reunion Weekend activities.
All individuals planning to attend the fall celebration event, including participating graduates and their friends and family, must register to attend by October 1. This will be a fully vaccinated event, and all participants and guests will be asked for proof of vaccination at entry.
