If you haven't been to a Caltech basketball game this season, tonight is your last chance. Come cheer on your Caltech Beavers in their final contest of the season, as the men's and women's teams face Occidental in Braun Gym. With the pep band in full force for Senior Night, the women will tip off at 5:30 p.m.; the men start at 7:30 p.m. Between the games, Caltech Dining will serve dessert: cherry crisp topped with a chocolate beaver.
In what has been the most competitive season in recent memory—which included four non-conference wins and several very close conference games—the men are still seeking their first SCIAC victory in 310 tries. They're coming off a 73-61 loss to Claremont on Saturday.
The women are looking for their first victory of the season, after Saturday's 66-43 defeat against Claremont.
