We are excited to have you join the Caltech community. Our colleagues across campus in the Dean's Office, Housing and Dining Services are here to help your Techer with college life. We've gathered helpful resources and suggestions for our first-year Techer parents.

PACKING SUGGESTIONS

Many students decide to come to campus with the essentials (listed below), and figure out what additional items they may need after the rotation period (TV, additional seating, etc). The campus is located near Target, Bed, Bath and Beyond and several other stores.
