Caltech to Host Internet Ventures Forum May 24

PASADENA, CA—The California Institute of Technology Entrepreneur Club will host its second annual Internet Ventures Forum, titled "Leaders of the Internet Economy" at 7:30 p.m. May 24 in Beckman Auditorium on the Caltech campus. It is free and open to venture capitalists, potential entrepreneurs, students, and the general public.

Internet Ventures Forum 2.0 will feature e-business industry representatives from various sectors of the Internet economy. Guests slated to appear include Sally Ride, President, Space.com; Louise Kirkbride, President and CEO, Broad Daylight, Inc.; Dominic Orr of Alteon Web Systems, an internet infrastructure start-up; Global Crossing's David Lee; and Stan Wang, formerly of Oracle and Infospace, now CEO of Viador, a business-to-business start-up.

The panelists will discuss current issues facing Internet start-ups, and general concerns of today's entrepreneurs.
